No gym

Breakfast: 1 cup semia upma
Lunch: 1/2 cup lobhia, 1/2 cup green beans, 1.2 cup white rice, 1/2 cup curd
Dinner: grilled veggie sandwich (mozarella, mushrooms, peppers, onions)
Drinks: chai, iced tea
