April 27th

Gym: 20 min treadmill (5.5 incline, 6kmph), 10 min cycle (8min over 35, 2min over 40), 10 min elliptical (stride: 610, speed above 60)

Breakfast: 2 idlis and 1/2 cup thickened sambar
Lunch: 1 cup chole, 1/2 cup curd
Snack: sandwich (paneer)
Dinner: glass of juice!
Drinks: chair, juice
