Breakfast: 1/2 cup bran flakes and museli

Lunch: 1 cup chole 1/2 cup curds

Dinner: 1 cup alu mutter, 1 chappati, 1/2 cup white rice, 1/2 cup curd

Drinks: Chai, 1 cup coffee
